Using Green Screen and The Customer’s Office for Quick and Professional Results
For this project, we worked with the client to ensure senior leadership had an effortless experience during their financial announcements.
Using greenscreen deployed to their offices in Central London, we were able to set up, test with multiple media outlets and deliver live interviews with millions of live viewers seamlessly, allowing both the PR, Investor Relations and Senior Leadership Team space to not have to worry about technical issues.
- Initial job booking via a quick phonecall and details in an email
- Customer organises TV Presenter spots and copies Event Capture UK into the email chains
- We confirm technical information directly with the TV Studios and organise tests
- Event Capture UK arrives on site the day before to setup (3 hour window) and run test calls with the TV channels (2 hour window)
- We are then on site from 6am ready for TV spots that are dotted through the morning
- We pack down and leave (2 hours)
