Voiceover & Social Media Clips
Using 2 cameras and a professional condenser microphone with noise isolation booth to record audio segments for the marketing department.
This project involved travelling to North London and setting up in a room at a domestic property. We set up 2 cameras and voiceover booth with lighting and took the script from the client, translated it into an easy-to-read text on an iPad and worked through each take with a sports celebrity.
Once set up and tested, Lucy Charles-Barclay, World Ironman Champion 2023 and Red Bull Athelete read a pre-made script from an iPad, working through each cue to ensure great audio recordings, lead by our team.
All video and audio was recorded on location, then edited into individual clips and shared via google drive the day afterwards.
- Initial job booking emailing us directly and checking the dates
- We confirmed with a quote sent through including travel time
- We exchanged emails with a spreadsheet of the script and expected deliverables, which we confirmed with the client
- Event Capture UK arrives on site at lunchtime to set up (2 hour window) and test recordings and audio.
- The Red Bull representative arrived at 3pm and we then worked with Lucy to systematically record each voiceover clip and the social media short videos
- We pack down and leave once all sessions had been recorded, completing the edits the day afterwards
