Providing 3-camera coverage and recording for the sponsor’s stage
Using multiple cameras while taking a copy of the audio for recording, streaming and relay screens
On this project we travelled down to Nice, France to deliver stream, record and relay screen coverage of multiple stages, including multiple guest speakers and panels.
We took an audio feed from the conference AV suppliers and deployed 3x cameras around the space, setting up our control table discretely at the back of the audience space.
Being able to immediately capture everything, while streaming as part of their promotion and making the stand more attractive by sending content to relay screens, meant we offered a very effective package at a clear price.
- Initial job booking through our customer portal, including venue address, parking availability and load in access.
- Customer uploaded their spreadsheet with the schedule and timings to their portal
- We did a 30-minute test call on Zoom to confirm the layouts of the assets they had uploaded 1 week before the show
- Event Capture UK arrives on site in the morning to setup (3 hour window) and run test calls with the customer’s team to check zoom, camera angles, audio and graphics (2 hour window)
- We then waited calmly out the way while the makeup artist and models arrived, everyone was briefed by the customer and we went into the zoom call on time
- We pack down and leave once the call and the final Q&A session concluded (2 hours)
